The Etili village tour has been structured to give a unique experience about the traditional village agriculture in Sri Lanka. Chena cultivation is the main experience of the tour. Hence, the village has been surrounded by a reserve; the natural beauty and habitats of animals around the area are well preserved. There is a beautiful lake in the middle of the village where you will go on a boat ride. This village tour will feature Sri Lankan hospitality and lot of unique events that will make your Sri Lankan Tour memorable.
Programe Schedule
10.00 am – Meet your local guide and enter into the village by a land master (hand tractor)
10.30 am – Reach to the Chena and welcome drink. You can experience the traditional Chena cultivation and engage with Chena activities
11.30 am – Catamaran journey in the lake. You will have a nice time in the lake with bird watching and natural photographic scenes. Enjoy a cool beer with BBQ corn
12.30 pm – Village lunch with a cooking experience. You will have a traditional lunch and desert.
1.30 pm - Connecting with rhythm of the nature. Watching villagers daily life activities , watching birds & the geographical location, Planting a tree as a memory
