Upon arrival and following the initial briefing of the tour, your tour will begin with the entrance court of Lunuganga, later you will see the glass room and red terrace.
The broad walk to the water garden and back pavilion will captivate you with its unique scenery. Then upon arriving at Dedduwalake, also known as the Water Gate, your boat tour will head towards the islands of Appanlanduwa and Honduwa.
Coming to the Cinnamon Hill house, the last addition to the Estate, you will be entranced by the beautiful and signature Bawa landscape views in the Lunuganga Estate.
After Lunch, our architect will take you on a free walk, explaining the importance of the Estate in Sri Lankan architecture. This may take about 1½ hours and will be an absorbing segment of the excursion, as it focuses on the monumental feats and contributions of Geoffrey Bawa to the world of architecture.
The tour concludes with your return to the entrance.
